Hi I'm Ryan McGuigan

Personal law attorney. Legal protection and representation.
My primary focus is in criminal litigation but I have extensive experience in corporate fraud, white-collar criminal investigations, as well as civil litigation.

I began my career as a private investigator and conducted investigations into trade secret misappropriation cases across the United States, and most notably a case involving the theft of trade secrets in Mexico City.

As a former prosecutor for the State of Connecticut I worked in the Judicial Districts at Stamford and New Britain. I have extensive trial experience in both Federal and State Courts.

I have tried numerous cases to verdict, and has acquittals for major Class A felonies in both State and Federal Courts, including the United States Military Court of Justice.

In 2018 I opened SecondChanceInterventions.Com to assist those seeking drug and alcohol recovery.

Beyond the courtroom, I embrace the joy of family life, residing with my wife and five children. In my free time I enjoy watersports, skiing, and travel.
